Burnley have parted company with Jon Harley after failing to agree terms on a new deal with the defender.
Harley was one of five players offered a new contract by Clarets manager Owen Coyle at the end of the season.
But the 28-year-old left-back turned down the offer and Coyle said: "We offered John a new deal and unfortunately we cannot agree terms.
"Subsequently, he will be moving on and we wish him well in his career elsewhere."
Harley, who joined Burnley from Sheffield United in August 2005, made 126 appearances for the club, scoring three goals.
