Saints duo bailed on theft charges March 27 2008

Bradley Wright-Phillips and Nathan Dyer have been released on bail following their arrest in relation to an alleged theft at a nightclub.

The Southampton pair were questioned at Portsmouth Central police station on Tuesday following allegations made on March 5 by staff at Bar Bluu.

Their arrest relates to an incident in which £145 of cash, mobile phones and other items were reportedly stolen from a staff room at the Hampshire venue.

Wright-Phillips and Dyer have already been fined two weeks wages for breaching club rules over late-night socialising by Saints manager Nigel Pearson.

The youngsters have been released on bail until 17th June.
