Hleb: On his way out of Hleb

Agent: Hleb leaving Gunners May 09 2008

Alexander Hleb's agent has claimed the midfielder will leave Arsenal this summer.

The Belarus international has been linked with a move to Serie A giants Internazionale, who have expressed a strong interest in acquiring his services.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has already had to cope with midfielder Mathieu Flamini agreeing to join AC Milan when his contract expires at the end of June, and now Hleb's agent Nikolai Shpilevski claims the 27-year-old will also be going at the end of the season.

Shpilevski told Belarussian paper Pressball: "Alexander is preparing to make the most important moves of his life.

"He is leaving Arsenal even though they want to offer him a new long-term contract and better conditions.

"Only time will tell if leaving is the right decision, but there's no way back now. Everything will be cleared up in the next two weeks."

Hleb arrived from German club Stuttgart in the summer of 2005 and has so far made 89 league appearances, scoring seven goals.
