Tottenham midfielder Jermaine Jenas has a twisted ankle and is a concern ahead of the Barclays Premier League clash against West Ham on Sunday.
Alan Hutton is back in the squad after being ineligible for the UEFA Cup tie against PSV Eindhoven on Thursday, while Darren Bent has been ill and has not trained properly.
Head coach Juande Ramos could rest players such as Ledley King with next week's return leg against PSV in mind. Benoit Assou-Ekotto (knee) and Gareth Bale (foot) are expected to miss the rest of the campaign.
West Ham could have midfielder Scott Parker available again following a knee injury.
Defender Matthew Upson, however, is rated as only 50-50 after picking up a calf problem during the 4-0 defeat at Liverpool on Wednesday night.
