Lassana Diarra, Milan Baros and John Utaka all return from injury for Portsmouth's Barclays Premier League trip to Manchester City on Sunday.
Manager Harry Redknapp is likely to recall on-loan Baros as Jermain Defoe's partner up front, while at the back Glen Johnson is expected to recover in time from a bug that has restricted his training this week.
Redknapp is also looking to rest Niko Kranjcar after a busy spell for the Croatia midfielder.
Manchester City defender Micah Richards will sit out the match against after being pencilled in to return from a knee injury.
Goalkeeper Joe Hart has returned to training after suffering a knock in the victory at Sunderland and is expected to play against the FA Cup finalists.
Daniel Sturridge is doubtful with a knee problem while Nedum Onuoha remains sidelined because of a dislocated shoulder.
