Foster has impressed

Preview: Man Utd v Bolton March 19 2008

Goalkeeper Ben Foster is on course to keep his place in the Manchester United team when Bolton visit Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Edwin van der Sar's groin problem is likely to keep him out again and although Tomasz Kuszczak is available after serving a one-match ban Foster's excellent performance on his full debut against Derby should persuade Sir Alex Ferguson to keep faith with the 24-year-old.

Ferguson looks certain to shake up his midfield though, with Michael Carrick, Nani, Owen Hargreaves and Darren Fletcher all pushing for starts while Carlos Tevez should return up front.

Bolton manager Gary Megson has two significant injury concerns for the daunting trip.

Kevin Nolan faces a late test on a sore back while Gary Cahill is battling to be fit after suffering a bruised foot in Sunday's defeat by Wigan.

With goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen expected to be out for the rest of the season with a back injury, Ali Al Habsi will continue to deputise.
