Emmanuel Adebayor claims Arsenal's recent success can be ascribed to them being "like a family".
The Gunners are tied with Manchester United at the top of the Premier League and face a Champions League quarter-final showdown with Liverpool in April.
The young Gunners were widely predicted to lose their top-four spot in the wake of Thierry Henry's move to Barcelona but have proved their detractors wrong.
Adebayor told the Daily Express: "We are all the same generation. We all understand each other well, we know what we need to do.
"After the match sometimes we go into town together and have a drink and a chat. We hang out together, live together and we're like a family."
And Adebayor, who has 19 league goals to his name, believes the sense of unity at the club has aided him in developing a telepathic understanding with midfielders Cesc Fabregas and Mathieu Flamini.
"Here everyone know about the clairvoyance of Cesc Fabregas. He sees the game so clearly, better than anyone," added Adebayor.
"I don't even need to talk to him for him to know where I am - same with Flamini, I don't need to ask.
"They know I like to make runs and to receive the ball deep so we don't need to talk, all I need to do is call and the ball arrives."
